Unapologetic is a grassroot collaborative project brought to you by Red Dot Project and Reshape The Future, this initiative aims at tackling period poverty and pushing towards achieving menstrual equity in Afghanistan.

Why A Menstrual Drive in Afghanistan?
1. To advocate. Menstruation is still viewed as shameful and rarely discussed, even amongst female family members.
2. To reduce stigma. Menstruation is still surrounded by taboos that negatively impact menstruators.
3. To talk about menstruation as youth often have no idea what is happening to them when they get their first period.

This campaign will run from March 22, 2021 - May 9, 2021.
Distribution of supplies will occur on May 27-30, 2021.
